product was sent through singpost, right earbud was faulty, asked for a partial refund but seller refused to read&reply. there was misinformation as well - said there was a 2-year warranty but had no receipt for me to claim it. so i have to get the earbud fixed with my own additional money on top of the purchase amount of $145. very bad experience:(

Clearly stated and reiterated multiple times that product was BRAND NEW AND SEALED, hence on my end the product was completely new. Furthermore, BEFORE purchase buyer was already aware that this was a gift for my brother from a relative, hence I would not have a receipt. Even AFTER transaction when buyer notified me of earpiece problems, I was polite and provided lengthy solutions. Despite me delivering my end and responsibilities as a seller, buyer was extremely unreasonable and I gave up.
