they delivered cat food to me instead of dog food. they told me they would deliver after 3 days, they didn't. and they were rude on the chat when i talked to them. when I managed to chat with them again, they just told me they delivering after a week. I put in a dispute. now there's a dispute they are willing to expedite my order. they don't respect customers enough.

i was very upset at the start, but they managed to resolve the issue with me and was very apologetic afterwards. I'm raising my star rating as they were very sincere at the end
