Dress had no damage before sending to you and my first time hearing this. I wouldn’t send a dress with smell or damage. It being wrinkled,a dress was forced to fit in a pouch. For the hair, I honestly didn’t see this while packing. My description is true that it was never worn out, only washed and stored. I’m sorry if you aren’t satisfied but my description is true.
