Said meet around 7pm but left at 7.05 pm say got to meet someone left me going there for nth.

my friend waited there till 7.10! the timing this buyer asked my friend to wait until. my friend may have been ambiguous but he was extremely rude n even told my friend to compensate saying "tmr u will want to find out how to repay me" after my friend rejected compensation. buyer is a student but left his student card at home (he claims) and asked for $2.5 (adult price) and friend offered $0.6 (usual student) but buyer rejected. my friend apologised many times. he claims 7.59 is around 7 too
