Hi, thanks for the dramatic review. The phone was exactly as listed minor scratches, no defects. You checked it yourself. The only issue was you trying to bargain non-stop and reminding us 10 times that you “came all the way by bicycle,” as if that earns a discount. My husband and I stayed polite, but I’m not required to tolerate attitude. The phone was sold smoothly to a local buyer, so clearly the problem wasn’t the item it was just you. All the best, and safe cycling.
