Hello, with due respect, when buyer taking items as a transaction, being punctual is important. Initial time was set at 7-8pm, but we did communicate with the accommodator which said between 5-6pm. With that being said so, we arrived at 5.47pm and text your accomodator, who said we can come anytime. As we couldn’t wait by the lobby due to your apartment, we had 2 kids waiting in the car and waited still at the roadside until he decided to arrive at 6.10pm which was 11mins late than the time 5-6
