Purchased a begonia chlorostica from the seller after he assured me that it was rooted and established, however when i repotted it the next day, i was shocked to see that it was an unrooted fresh cutting, i reached out to the seller only for him to give me a rude and unprofessional response. Was not even looking for an apology or refund, just to point out what had happened, so dissapointed

However my Begonia buyers has good feedbacks. Repeated buyers I do not propagate my B by sticking them in soil. They are usually very well rooted before I pot them up in the media. This is why the leafs are upright and firm.A rootless B will only have droopy leaves and vice versa. The poor plant is uprooted on the first day collected and had it’s root ripped off. This buyer is also a plant seller and knows that new plants need to be acclimatized. Uproots plant immediately and accuses seller. 👍
