Unreasonable, Disgusting and Awful buyer. Checked the phone like a coroner and claimed that there are scratches on my few weeks phone and forcefully squeezing my selling price. I later checked every display phone at Apple Store and finally find out that basically every 16 pro series phone has this so called 'scratch'.It is just a little discoloration problem from the assembling process and you can find many forums on Reddit relating to this. U Disgusting nerd will never get your box back HaHa.
