seller was unresponsive for a couple of days after receiving payment from me (which naturally made me really anxious). once she finally responded, she was very friendly and communicative, so thanks for that! unfortunately the sunglasses came with scratches - understood that it’s a vintage piece but these weren’t communicated on the product listing and images didn’t show the scratches either.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. There were no scratches on the sunglasses when I checked them and wiped them down before I sent them. I also sent you pictures of the sunglasses being packed and when it was picked up. Maybe if you have communicated this instead, I would be happy to do a refund as I would rather a happy buyer than an upset one. There was no response when I checked with you whether the item was received, despite multiple messages and just radio silence afters.
