Stated in the listing that it was a Neonmello dress but received a different item. Seller even used Neonmello's pictures to trick people. Sizes measured are all inaccurate. Seller still insists it was from Neonmello but was totally different. Totally dishonest seller! There was no full refund offered at all. Seller refused to refund. We did not even settled on partial refund, don't even know why seller think that she refunded. Is she hallucinating??? Or a Great LIAR!
I offered you a full refund. We eventually settled on a partial refund, and you were allowed to keep the dress. I'm sorry that the details of the dress weren't what you expected. I described it as best as I could, and I didn't misrepresent it in any way.
