Brian is such a passionate individual over pain management and helping people live their best life pain-free! got to know him in army and he is so forthcoming in helping those around him with the knowledge he has gained through his experience and learning, would trust him more than some of the medical experts since he is so genuinely caring!

Brian truly understands my condition because he has had similar injuries himself. He assessed my posture thoroughly and customized the treatment to target and release my tightness and knots. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Brian’s services! After suffering from chronic tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, and knee tendon damage that stopped me from running or doing chin-ups, Brian’s knowledge and targeted fascial massage brought me back. It was painful, but incredibly effective—he played a huge role in getting me back to my active life at 60!

As an active dragon boat and outrigger canoe paddler, I often experience recurring pain in my lats and shoulders. Had a great sports massage with Brian! He was attentive, engaging, and focused on my recovery. His massage eased my muscle tension, and I felt much better during my next training! He’s knowledgeable and explains how sports massage helps recovery. Highly recommended! Kudos, Brian!

Brian’s physiotherapy really helped a lot. He understood my chronic ankle sprain, which most physios can’t understand fully, assured me that it can be healed, as well as helped me release the tensions in my quads. He gave me a lot of insights that I could never realise myself 😌 he’s very knowledgeable, and I feel very hopeful about my recovery. Thanks Brian 🤜

I’m a repeat customer at Brian’s due to my active lifestyle. Brian’s a solid therapist 👍👍 From relieving muscle tension and addressing discomfort to helping my body move and feel better, the difference has been amazing. He’s also able to tell me which muscles I should work on (to reduce issues). 10/10, and will continue being a repeat customer! Thank you Brian!
