Great communication

from the initial contact right up to the completed job, I was thoroughly impressed! uncle wong turned up punctually and after assessing the fault, explained what went wrong and how it should be fixed (I didn't have to replace the entire system but he spent a great amount of time making adjustments and realignments) I am grateful for his personality and professionalism, which I strongly recommend!
