I requested that the seller send it via SF pay by receiver, which they agreed to do. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery method on their side, and the seller asked me to pay the postage to her. I refused, as we had agreed to use SF Freight Collect. Then, the seller left me a 4-star review. Not ideal.

We agreed to send with sf paid by receiver. But my family mistakenly sent it with cainiao, so the delivery fee was paid in advance. I tried asking you to pay it back but you refused, so I didn’t ask again, as it was our fault not sending with sf. You received the bag so you shall know it is not a fraud and we indeed covered your delivery fee cost for free. And I actually left you good review “fast trade” afterwards.
