Seller accepted my offer but sell to others. When I wanna bank in didn't reply me. I wait 3 hours in front the bank. Based on contract act 1950, a offer when accepted became a promise. At least u wanna sell to others tell me laa, didn't tell me at all . Keep quiet. If she want revoke my offer at least let me know. She is guilty in the law. Dishonest seller totally.

Here are the facts : Upon the agreed transaction, the would be buyer mentioned she would bank in to my account on that day. I waited close to a week before I heard from her again. A week of radio silence without any payment. After no follow up, she said she’ll transfer later because of exams. Exam week passed without any payment despite seeing her online status. I’m not here to chase.I decided to sell to someone else who was more deserving and responsible. She provided a crop pic from the truth.
