Petty and entitled buyer - Avoid at all costs. He did not check the watch during the transaction, and days later, placed full blame on me for a miniscule missing pin collar which could have easily been misplaced while he had the watch. Despite this, I gave him full benefit of doubt and out of goodwill, also sourced the pin collar (which even the mbs boutique did not carry) at no cost to him.

After the matter was resolved, instead of closing it amicably as agreed, he chose to leave a misleading review, conveniently omitting that I was actively assisting him on a solution throughout. There was no appreciation despite my efforts. Instead, he chose to play the victim and accused me of harassment when I called to follow up after he became unresponsive.
