Communication is clear. Just that you will need to wait for reply in which might be tricky especially when I was on the way to meet her. But luckily she saw the messages when I was at the station and had to wait for 10-15 mins. Other than that overall is good. 👍🏻

Item was defective and very unsafe for a toddler. Not as described at all. Seller would not take back and refund even though it was completely broken when delivered. Very upsetting and now out of pocket a lot of money

Item was checked to be undamaged before posting and selling. Already went the extra mile to hand deliver item all the way to buyer at Sentosa cove. Buyer did not check item upon delivery and notified seller on damages 4 days after. Offered to contact shop for replacement but buyer was not keen and demanded a refund and asked me to go back all the way to collect it from her. Buyer was hence directed to Carousell support. I will comply to all investigations from Carousell support if needed.
