Buyer requested free mailing which I obliged and provided photo proof for, but later said that item was not received and asked for refund. Advised her to contact Singpost to which she said didn’t work. By opting for normal mail, buyers bear the risk of mail going missing, though I have never encountered this issue. Other sellers clearly had the same problem with her mails going missing based on reviews (all too suspicious). It’s quite unfair for sellers who have done due diligence when mailing.
