Chad was simply amazing. I encountered some personal issues after booking, and he remained patient and very understanding throughout. He even took the time to show us the room and surprised my friend for her birthday. Truly appreciated the great experience!

Thankful to chance upon Chadson’s listing as previously I’ve booked with another Chinese seller for the same ocean suite room but only to realise there’s no room when I reached the hotel ! Rebooked the ocean suite again with Chadson this time and everything went super smooth! Chadson reply was very prompt too! A honest and friendly guy providing legit deal! Highly recommended! :)

I was extremely doubtful and wary of this transaction. I bothered Chad with so many questions and to a point was very sure I annoyed him. Made a booking almost a year ahead coz I was kiasu and keeping my fingers crossed that seller was legit and Chad actually was real!!! Amazing seller and truthful, honest and very very trustworthy.
