They want me to pay whole cleaning charges upfront, without service being rendered. Not acceptable

Client requested a quotation but wanted to pay only after the cleaning was completed. Due to previous non-payment cases, we politely explained that advance payment was required to secure the discounted rate. Unfortunately, the client refused, became rude and aggressive, and subsequently left negative reviews. We respect everyone’s decision, but believe mutual respect and understanding should always go both ways. We are all human after all. 🙏
