Buyer reported an issue with the item 5 days after receiving it. The item was personally checked and used by me before shipping and had no electrical or grounding issues, and there was no tear or damage to the wire at the time of shipment. Since the issue was only raised 5 days after delivery, I was unable to verify what happened to the item once it was already in the buyer’s possession.
