Great communication

Above and beyond

Reviews here are real. Seller is proactive, helpful and responsive. Seamless communication and went above and beyond in providing free installation at my place, explaining in detail how to setup, what to check and how to maintain the grinder. Even gave me tips on how to use my coffee machine which I bought on taobao. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much Darrell for the smoothest experience on this app! Thanks for being so kind, helpful and friendly! Darrell helped make my husband’s birthday extra special with the D64. He even took the effort to deliver the grinder himself, helped set it up, gave a detailed demo and answered all our questions. 😊

Darrell was very welcoming and patient. Knowing that I’m new to coffee-making, he gave me instructions on how to best maintain the grinder as well as recommended ratio for espresso:milk. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and anyone who wants to start their journey. His prices are also very competitive; in fact the best I found. Thank you Darrell!
