Its defective when I got it. Not happy with it. Theres no doubt in seller’s mind its good, that she might be mistaken. She did not listen to reason, possibility. Well I dont have anything to gain I hope she realizes that. I just threw it away. I wish her well.

My using other means like wax, oil even WD 40 were made in my effort to open the zipper after your recommended safety pin epically failed. I told you what the problem was right after I opened the package so you’d know and that we may learn from it. Im not after a refund. It’s just dough. Sad to hear u are sick, my prayers. Just gave my honest review. Happy for your satisfied customers.

If only screenshots can be shared here on the reviews po, we are very honest with the condition of the item, you know that, actual photos were shared and details reiterated, nobody advised you to put a wax on the jacket you already purchased, item posted can be checked that the only issue is the zipper handle, which can be easily pulled with assistance of safety pin perhaps, still you made a mistake by putting a wax for I don't know whatever your reason is po, I really wish u well also.
