This buyer is really non-sense , irresponsible and inconsiderate. She is late for 30 minutes finally because she did not do some simple preparation in advance before she come to the agreed meeting place but finally blame the buyer not to give her a favour to meet at a place which is convenient and easy for herself. This is a bad trading experience. She is definitely NOT a recommended buyer!
