First time, he sent me offer and I accepted his offer. Within a day he changed his mind and send. I said okay, not a problem. After a week , he again asked me if I can deal. I reluctantly told, okay. And again after few hours he changed his mind that he wants to buy an iPad. Instead. My first not so good experience dealing on Carousell. I am writing this feedback to discourage such people.
