The item works great and is in great condition. I'm a bit challenged at the moment with the voltage regulation of this product but I bought a converter and trust that this will work well 😁 thank you mam for entertaining my concerns. glad to have this item and its great 👍

Follow up review: the item is unusable In the Philippines as per the Customer service of Amika . asking for even just half a refund and no more response. kindly have the decency to fully disclose this because the buyer can't use your item. this pretty much screams SCAMMER.

This review is not truthful. I replied and issued you a half refund even though that wasn’t required. I just didn’t see your message right away. Also, the item is legit and I made it clear it’s from the US so obviously I didn’t scam you.
