Hindi po ako nagrereply? Ilang beses po ako nagreply AND isa pa nakaprocess pa po sa J&T ang pinapa refund ko. 1 month process daw yun. Hindi ko naman po pwede irefund ang item kung alam kong wala akong fault. May mga proofs ako like video and photos na maayos napadala ang item. Kaya fault ng J&T mishandling ang ngyare sa item. Sa tagal ko na nagbebenta dito ngayon lang may ngreklamo at hindi ko pa fault. My buyers, mag screen shot po ako ng convo namin na proof na nagrereply ako sa kanya.

Seller was not difficult to transact with at all. Madali kausap, and is willing to provide assurance! Our transaction didn’t involve me meeting up to see the product itself and through LBC padala lang yung way, pero despite that, the seller is legit and gave assurance.
