Seller claimed that printer working, print quality is fine.. when we reached home, cyan and yellow ink was replaced by seller using magenta, hence black white printing ok but colour print all reddish. We bought a new set of coloured ink to replace with the rightful colour, however colour print still the same, all reddish... likely print head already defected due to seller replacing wrong coloured ink for yellow and cyan...
