Disappointed with seller for not being forthcoming with her product expiry date. Bought a DRx sunscreen from seller....seller said no expiry on box, but on the tube itself, seller deliberately removed the batch number and expiry date. I'm writing this feedback not because I wish to be mean to seller but I notice seller sells alot of cosmetics. Wish to remind buyers to make sure seller take a picture of the expiry date before buying the item as these are products that are being applied on skin.

I have explained to you that I didn't remove the date and this was bought from another seller. The box is supposed to be sealed..

Sent via smartpac (within a few days after you made payment) according to what you opted for, I have photoproof+smartpac slip as proof. According to your tracking number, singpost stated that they have already delivered the item to the address you gave me within a week. I even triple-checked with them on email and on the phone. Glad that u finally received the items but i believe the fault lies with singpost and not me.

Seller was very friendly, polite and efficient^^ Item was also packaged well and it was really nice of the seller to follow up to check about item's delivery. Will recommend :)
