As per seller, the shoes were not checked prior shipping. Although listed “good as new,” the glue had already deteriorated, likely from long storage.We agreed to a partial refund for less hassle and I’ll just keep the shoes. Hope items are checked before shipping next time. Thank you

dress had so many holes, stains, ripped neckline, loose threads yet description was like new. gave refund but was lower than the amount I've paid then she gave excuses that other items were mistakenly priced/discounted even though she clearly accepted the offer. so she deducted it from the refund. it was smooth in the beginning but when there were issues she started making excuses.
