I made it clear to her that product was ½ tsp used (an estimated 0.5g) because taking it out to weigh exactly would contaminate the product. Even included FREE registered postage (3sgd) when she asked for a discount. Upon receiving it, she incorrectly assumed that I had used ¼ of product and gave me a neutral feedback. A simple kitchen weighing scale test will show that I did not. The original packaging did not come full to the top. Blame the manufacturer.

Its not about weighing it. Who has time for that. I mean i dont mind if its used thats why i purchased it but u could have told me its 1/3 used. Felt a little deceived there.
