We had previously agreed on a time for the transaction, but you suddenly informed me at the last minute that you couldn’t meet, which has seriously disrupted my plans. I made a special trip from Johor Bahru solely for this transaction, but you failed to honor the agreement, resulting in a complete waste of my valuable time and effort.

Buyer changed pick up time twice, the 2nd time was during the pick up time period we had agreed upon, and only after I’d asked if they were still coming as there was no communication. Buyer also did not ask for pick up location. After I informed that I can no longer make the new time, buyer did not mention anything more. Buyer gave no indication of not being local. If buyer had communicated about travel issues, we could have arranged for another time that works for all.
