Terrible seller, 1. Didn’t mention the bag got defect. (Bottom part, the handle and sling) 2. Keep delaying delivery, everyday text said want to meet up/deliver but end up not delay or not responding 3. Still owe me a dust bag. Remind twice still no response.

Hi, sorry I just read your review. First, we did COD — you checked and agreed before paying RM6.5k, and I’d sent full photos and video earlier. Second, I informed you from the start the bag was with reseller and you agreed to wait as you really like the bag. Third, the dustbag was mailed a week later as it was with the reseller, and you said can wait. I have done my full responsibility as a seller and you did not whatsapp and tell me about your concern at all until i found out this review..
