After accepting my offer to buy the box of Enzyme and the arrangement to meet, the seller mysteriously disappeared when I tried to contact her to confirn our appointment. The least she could do is to let me know if the deal is still on. Very disappointing. Hopefully, Carousell can look into this matter and handle such an irresponsible act.

Hello, thanks for your negative comments here. We can't tolerate with people that make a false negative on us. First of all, we didnt cheat your money. You reserve the item and delayed the meetup of course we have the rights to sell the items when other people are interested to buy our items. Pls do not simply reserve the items and disappeared from the chat! We know u deleted the negative reviews from your profile! I will definitely let Carousell to handle this.
