User arranged to buy a monitor on 22/12 at 4pm. He confirmed as late as 20min beforehand but did not show up. Was non-responsive till ~4.30pm when he claimed he had a last min emergency. When I followed up, he said on 26/12 that "there was a complication and I cannot make the deal". Records show that he bought a monitor from another seller on 23/12 at cheaper price.
