Terrible packing by seller. Zero bubble wrap for Apple tv box/remote/3 pin plug. Now apple tv box/remote both got bad scratches, from 3 pin plug . Submitted for return request , but seller said he will submit case to carousell. Seller should just allow return . Cannot force a buyer to accept item in such terrible condition .
