Bought 3 pens from seller about a month ago, which came in a very loosely packed envelope with no padding resulting in 2 damaged pens. Seller says it's the first time it's happened, and offers 50c for each damaged pen. How could I have declined a huge 6% return for damage that wasn't my fault? I offer to cover mailing for simple replacement, but seller then calls me "hostile" and blocks me. Emails to Singpost say sender should have wrapped items properly as well. My money's still lost to 2 pens.

1) Unfortunately, item was damaged in transit despite being wrapped in plastic covers 2) He was unhappy with anything short of an exchange 3) He even complained about the freebies I sent! Sorry you had a bad experience.

Great buyer to deal with! Pleasant transaction! Thanks so much! UPDATE: Buyer received a full refund after further verification and gets to keep item. Soles of the shoes splitting was acknowledged as an oversight hence full refund was given. Item was also never altered in any way shape or form and is per original as purchased. Buyer has yet to acknowledge refund and to close off the loop as no response to multiple attempts to get in touch.

Ordered a Jinhao pen and wired the payment on the same day. Seller mailed the package after the weekend. Unfortunately, the package took some time to reach. Took over a week to be delivered by Singpost. Received package in good condition. Seller was responsive throughout the transaction. Would definitely recommend seller
