I accepted his offer immediately and asked when he would like to pick up. I was in a hurry to close the sale, hence not hearing back from him in 20mins, I accepted another Buyer's offer. This other buyer confirmed pick up date and time immediately with me. While I understand that ppl may not be on their phones 24/7, Buyers must also understand that sometimes Sellers are in a hurry to rid something. So what's the point of leaving me a negative feedback about this? Our timing just didn't match.

Your so-called immediate acceptance of offer was 5 mins later. As you said, don't expect ppl to be on phone 24/7. You accepted offer then at least give ppl a chance to reply. If not, don't accept offer till u make all immediate arrangement. Negative feedback is for my buying experience dealing with you, as transaction failed not directly caused by me. I could have transacted "immediately" rather someone else who confirmed for couple days later.
