Had a wonderful time on-site with James. Given me knowledge of my PC that i did not know and got a better idea how to take care of my PC better. Brought 2 desktops, thought it was hardware issues. At the end it was just both software issue and it was resolved very quickly. For James to understand your issues properly, communication is key. If you don’t know what to say, going on-site is best!

First time engaging James for an on-site deep cleaning. His fees are transparent,including his transport fees which he provided screenshots of his to and fro Grab fees which you will need to cover if you engage him on-site. Overall, great comms and fuss free. Will engage him again!

Repeated customer. Quickly pinpointed the problems on the PC and had to replace 2 parts. Issue was resolved after the replacement. Service is also very good with prompt updates. Very very patient although I was very busy the past few weeks. The whole process was seamless. My go to person for computer repairs. Highly recommend!

Was in need ur repair urgently at night and found James. My laptop was repeatedly overheating and shutting down. After explaining to James, he recommended just a simple procedure to replace the thermal paste and true enough it fixed the problem. I find James to be reliable and professional. Definitely the go-to person when looking for repair services.

Extremely quick and convenient service🙂‍↕️ contacted the boss at 9.25pm, the pickup was arranged within minutes and by 2.30am my pc was fixed and sent back. thank you so much!!!!
