Worst Carousell transaction ever. Yes we had trouble with the courier, but his reaction was mean and unfair. He blamed me for choosing Gogoexpress (he could’ve declined the deal) and badgered me incessantly (while I was at work), even saying, “wala ka ba pakialam basta bayad na?” His behavior was inexcusable and uncalled for. I have screenshots of our conversation. Beware of this buyer.
I was advising you to use J&T but instead you are saying you are only using Gogoexpress because you don’t have time to use other couriers? I’m paying the shipping fee so I can pick what courier should you use. Then you start ignoring because you said you are at work? Totally unfair since my package is 2 weeks delayed 🫠
