Great communication

Above and beyond

She was very accommodative and managed to magically turn a scruffy old twilly into a very nice scrunchie! Will definitely go back to her next time!

Nice seller who is reasonably prompt w replies!👌🏼 Appreciate accommodating despite having work in the morning. However was not satisfied with the quality of the product itself (not the seller).

Bad experience! Sole of shoe totally came off after trying it n walking a few steps. Shoe skin came pff alot at the inside of strap and also outside of the shoe strap and some parts of the shoe! Feels totally cheated however seller was understanding and when called her she was willing to help me solve the problem.

Hi, as I was saying over the phone that I haven't wore the shoes before thus wouldn't expect such unpredictable situation that happens on you. Just give me a text when you are free, so that I could give you the refund. Just be calm the next time should such things happen again alright :) Not all seller are mean and all out to cheat ppl's money 😂😂
