Buyer tested IEMs and told me one side is softer. I have had no issues using them. I confirmed if he still wanted to purchase, and told him it was ok to cancel if he doesn't want them. He bought the IEMs then had a change of mind after going home, and I offered a refund out of goodwill, but apparently he "cant go further than Woodlands or Sembawang after 8". I stay central/south btw

Please get your ears checked because the left is clearly softer than the right, you said "What does that mean" I bought it because it might have been a cable issue, which you said there was none btw. I changed the filters and cable, yet it's still soft, hence it's a driver issue. You CONFIRMED it had no Cable/driver issue. And yes, I can't go further than sembawang/woodlands after 8 because of curfew. I've kindly declined the refund. My review on your account is objective and kinder. Rest well
