Seller did not allow you to see the PC boot up nor provide any power cable. All she did was provide a video showing that it worked. PC did boot up initially but the GPU got fried after a few days. Ask the seller to go together to the PC repair shop but to no avail. She gave advice from power cable lose to PSU on/off buttons but in the end, the GPU was oxidized. Trade at your own risk!

Buyer mistreated the power cable and caused the power supply to trip , damaging the computer due to their own misuse but insisted to return a broken item.
