seller took 2+ weeks to mail out my items from time of payment and after repeated mailing delays without proactive updates. one of the free items was missed out which was quite disappointing (confirmed that it wld be included twice). replies were also extremely slow which made it even more difficult to confirm and then receive my order. overall the transaction could definitely be smoother.
