Seller seems nice, polite & kind. But quite disappointed when I received the items.Bought 2 cashmere sweater for my kids and the quality is not very good. Itchy to the skin, fuzzy and very thick. I have few cashmere sweaters so I know the difference. Not sure if these sweaters are 100% cashmere or not coz there is no label etc. Used shaver for sweater, pls see photo to see how much fibers got cut

Hi, Ms Purple, these are short fibred 100% cashmere items, and they are thick ones upon request, we also provided options of thin ones to you. We offerred to you the options to return or exchange the items but you have rejected. Despite, we refunded $60 to you upon good will to improve the purchase experience, we understand the refund is received from our communication history. Disappointed at the review, pls let us know if anything we could help and wish you a pleasant day. Thanks!
