Item looks dirty and doesn’t look like as per listing. Item didn’t came with the brand logo as well only came in the box. Baby Express doesn’t carry this product anymore hence could only came to Carousell to source for it. Bought it because it came with the 19mm flange insert which was what i was looking for + free delivery but just my luck i guess.

Condition was clearly stated and price reduced to $80 a pair (RTP $360). It also came in the original box, and as mentioned, the logo had worn off due to usage. I am sorry you’re not convinced

The item sold to me is Milk Powder which is most likely a sample, seller told me she got it as a gift. Since this is a sample (this 400g cannot be bought from local stores), strong advise to just give it away instead of selling it. The product is for young kids to consume, do some good and good things will come back to you.

Thanks for the “advice”. My friend received it as a sample and gave me to try. But my kid outgrown from it. I did not deny when you asked me if it was a sample. You’d be able to see that many people on carousell are selling the same sample. It’s weird that you leave such a comment yet you still chose to purchase because it was cheap. You had the option to not buy it…

Seller mentioned she posted the item but it’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received it. Seller mentioned she forgot to take a photo of the envelope. Seller checked in with me whether I received the item but unfortunately I didn’t receive. Was quite disappointed as I waited very long before giving up and buying it elsewhere.

So sorry you didn’t receive the item. It is indeed an error on my part to have missed out on the photo. However, hope you can understand that sellers aren’t responsible for lost normal mails.
