Ctb to deal for cards, buyer topped up $2 to reserve deck and I pushed away potential buyers. Delayed a week and suddenly wants to back out. Then I tell him back out fee is half the amount of the item. He decided to deal, did not turn up and I waited for 15-20 mins. Now buyer is MIA. Will change this to positive once buyer contacts me and dealt for the cards
