Not understanding and very pushy when dealing with mailed items. showed proof and reasoning but still insisted on a refund and asked me to bypass strict regulations set

Did not receive the item that I paid for after waiting for more than a month. Seller said he made a report to Singpost so I told him to keep me updated. I asked for a follow up once or twice a wk as the seller took zero initiative to keep me informed on the status. Getting called “pushy” for wanting to know what happened to the item I paid for is so funny. Its the seller’s responsibility to ensure the buyer got their item. Its only normal to ask for a refund for an item I did not receive.
