The rattan bag I bought was listed as “like new” condition but when I received the bag, the strap was breaking and might detach anytime. I tried contacting the seller but didn’t receive any response. I’ve escalated the issue to Carousell customer care.

Not too sure about this seller. Unwilling to deal with fair carousell transaction method or meetup (prolly due to pandemic). A bit suspicious but i dont know. Didnt deal in the end. But good attitude so far 🤷‍♀️
