Very horrible buyer. Sold him a gifted sewing machine (which I didn’t look at the condition). At collection point keep insisting for a discount ( even though we have already set a price) because the manual was wet and could not be used. I immediately search for the model number and send him a e-copy of the manual then he still insist a discount? He getting a cheaper item but why so cheapskate….

I did ask if the item with manual attached, she said yes n when I reach and checked the item, the manual is damaged. This is not what I look for. So, I have to ask for further discount. in fact the item she sell, not brand new, item was open n box was damaged (by wetting issue). She quote new item but inside all open n in "used' condition. Anyway, she help to provide the manual in pdf, n back to check item, not working then ask no reply. I already report to carousel, let the team to check.
