I would like to clarify my side regarding this concern. The down payment was made under the understanding that the decision was not yet final. There was no full agreement or confirmation to proceed halfway, and I did not receive a clear commitment to fully secure the item. Since the product was not fully paid or reserved with a confirmed agreement, I could not guarantee holding it indefinitely. Another customer came forward and paid the full amount in cash, which finalized the sale.
